Motorola has added another mid-range smartphone in their popular G Series of smartphones. Newly launched Moto G9 will have competitors such as Redmi Note 9 Pro, Samsung Galaxy M21 and Realme 6i in India.
Price and Availability
The new Moto G9 is set at a price of Rs 11,499 for the single variant of 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The phone will be available at Indian retailer website Flipkart and sale is announced to start from 31st August. It will be available in two color options: Forest Green and Sapphire Blue.
Moto G9 features and specifications
Moto G9 runs on Android 10 out of the box. It features a 6.5 inch HD+ LCD screen. The phone has a AI-enabled Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset which is an octa-core processor.
The device has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There is an option of expanding storage upto 512GB through an external memory card. The dual SIM usage can be availed through hybrid SIM slot that means you have to sacrifice the 2nd SIM slot if you wish to upgrade the storage through microSD card.
Phone offers a triple camera lens setup where the primary lens is a 48MP sensor with an aperture of f/1.7. There is a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro lens completing the triple camera setup. On the front there is an 8MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.2.
Moto G9 packs a big 5000mAh battery and battery charging will get 20W Turbopower charging as well.
