Nokia Media Streamer is the company’s latest media streaming device similar to Amazon FireTV stick, or MiTV Box. The new android based device for televisions is set at a price of Rs 3,499 and will go on sale on August 28 on Flipkart.

The Nokia Media Streamer supports upto Full-HD contents and will be running Android TV version 9. Device is having 1GB RAM and 8GB storage with a 1.2 GHz Quad Core processor for lag free performance. It can enable Dolby Audio even for non-Dolby enabled TVs. With support for built-in Chromecast, the device is capable of streaming media contents directly from a smartphone, tablet or laptop, straight to your TV.
Navigation over TV can also be voice controlled using the provided smart remote with built-in Google Assistant. The dedicated keys for Netflix and Zee5 hints on remote hints that these apps will come pre-installed with Nokia Media Streamer. Viewers can also enjoy contents from Disney+Hotstar, Spotify and over 5000 Android apps on the Google Store.
