Lenovo on Monday has introduced a bunch of devices for different digital needs.
Lenovo Tab P11 Pro
To increase the productivity, Lenovo is offering a keyboard with a touchpad, a kickstand case and Lenovo Precision Pen 2 stylus as add-ons.
Lenovo Tab P11 Pro is made out of an aluminium alloy unibody sporting a unique dual-tone finish and is 7.7mm at its thickest point. It has 6.9mm slim bezels on all four sides.
On the back there are 13MP regular and 5MP ultra wide cameras. On the front side, an 8MP camera can be used to log into your account using facial recognition. The front camera is also capable of blurring background during video calls. Users can also enable fingerprint reader, which is built into the power button, as another method of biometric authentication.
The Lenovo P11 Pro will start at 699 Euro including VAT (approx INR 61,000) without the addons and will be available from November this year in the EMEA region. The tablet is aimed to share competition with Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S7/S7+, Apple’s IPad Pro and Microsoft’s Surface Tablets.
Lenovo Tab M10 HD Gen 2
The Lenovo Tab M10 HD Gen 2 tablet will debut Google’s Kids Space. Kids Space will feature apps, books and videos recommended for kids. Parents can install the Family Link app on their phones to set screen time limits and content filters thus monitoring kids activities.
Tab M10 HD Gen 2 is powered by MediaTek P22T chipset with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage expandable via a microSD slot. The other variant available is a 4GB RAM/64GB ROM one. Tablet screen is 10.1 inch 720p (1280×800 pixels) IPS LCD which can go upto 400 nits of brightness. The speakers are tuned by Dolby Atmos. It sports a 8MP autofocus rear camera and 5MP fixed focus front camera. There is no fingerprint unlock option, but Face unlocking feature will be available in tablet.
Tab M10 HD Gen 2 has a 5000mAh inbuilt battery which claims to provide a 10 hours of power backup.
Tab M10 HD Gen 2 will be available starting September 2020 in the EMEA region and will start at 159 Euros including VAT (approx INR 13,900).
Lenovo Smart Clock Essential
The Lenovo Smart Clock Essential is a bedside smart display device that has a simple, easy to read LED display showing time, ambient temperature and the weather forecast. The smart clock offers full voice support with Google Assistant. The assistant can control over 40,000 smart home devices. There is a built in 3W speaker for playing music. There is a 31 lumes night light built-in into the clock that helps you walk around at night without bumping into things. You can also charge your phone overnight using the USB port on the back of the device.
The smart clock runs directly using the power adapter and doesn’t have any inbuilt battery backup. It can connect itself using WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity features.
Lenovo Smart Clock Essential will start at 60 Euros including VAT (approx INR 5240) and is expected to be available starting September 2020 in the EMEA region.
