Originally announced in March, Nokia 5.3 is set to enter Indian market. While the launch date is near, Nokia India official website seems to accidentally revealed the price of its upcoming smartphone. The Nokia 5.3 price in India was spotted as Rs 13,999, maybe for its base 4GB variant phone. However the price is now hidden on Nokia India website. The leaked price bracket suggests that it will be competing against other smartphones in India such as Redmi Note 9 Pro, Realme 6, Samsung Galaxy M11 and newly launched Moto G9.

Nokia 5.3 offers a 6.55 inch HD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone is available in two variants 4GB/64GB and 6GB/64GB. We can say that internal storage is less after comparing with other devices in similar price range. However there is an option to expand storage upto 512GB via dedicated microSD card slot. Device runs on Snapdragon 655 and Android 10 OS out of the box with guaranteed 2 years of Android upgrades.
On the back there is a physical fingerprint sensor. The circular camera module houses triple camera setup: 13MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.8, a 5MP ultra wide camera and a 2MP macro camera. The front facing selfie camera is a 8MP sensor with an aperture of f/2.0.
Nokia 5.3 packs a 4000mAh battery which can be charged using a standard 10W charger. Device doesn’t support fast charging. It will be available in 3 color options: Cyan, Sand, Charcoal.
